NAT SEC 08 is the must attend event for all those striving to increase collaboration and information sharing within national and international agencies.

In an uncertain and increasingly unpredictable security landscape, the importance of acting early to terrorist threats and attacks is paramount. NAT SEC 08 will bring together these agencies and organizations that work on the multiple aspects of National Security including counter-terrorism and will look at how they are transforming in order to cope with changing threat scenarios throughout Europe.

Over 200 senior government and military practioners from the fields of emergency planning, intelligence, border control, resilience and cyber terrorism will gather for 2 main conference days and two dedicated focus days. These experts will debate and discuss current threats and future strategies for mitigating the changing threats that Europe is facing. Together, they hope that by attending Counter Terrorism & Public Safety 2008, they will be able to drive forward their integrated and coordinated threat detection, protection and response strategies.
