He subsequently ran 18 months negotiations course with federal authorities. In 70-ies and 80-ies Dmitry was a high ranking officer in the Soviet automotive hierarchy responsible for international projects and new products development. He was directly involved in numerous deals between Russian companies and global OEMs and suppliers.
