NAT SEC 08 was the must attend event for all those striving to increase collaboration and information sharing within national and international agencies.

In an uncertain and increasingly unpredictable security landscape, the importance of acting early to terrorist threats and attacks is paramount. NAT SEC 08 brought together these agencies and organisations that work on the multiple aspects of National Security and counter-terrorism and looked at how they are transforming in order to cope with changing threat scenarios throughout Europe.

Over 150 senior government and military practitioners from the fields of emergency planning, intelligence, border control, resilience, CBRN and cyber terrorism gathered for 2 main conference days and a dedicated cyber security focus days. These experts debated and discussed the current threats and future strategies for mitigating the changing threats that Europe is facing.
